Proposal:
Non-material amendment to planning application reference 10687/APP/2021/1850, dated 07-05-2021, for the 'Part two storey, part single storey side extension, first floor side extension, single storey side extension and alterations to elevations.' Amendments seek to reduce the size of side extensions and the size of the roof, replace one garage door with two garage doors, alter to fenestrations, and replace the metal balustrade with a glass balustrade.
