This is an independent, resident-led project providing automated tracking of planning applications and council records across the London Borough of Hillingdon. Use the menu at the top right to navigate between planning dashboards, decision trackers, and council meeting records.

About this Project

Most importantly: This is not an official council website. It is not associated with the London Borough of Hillingdon or Hillingdon Council. This site exists to make official data more accessible, searchable, and easier to link to than the primary source allows.

• Planning Dashboards: Filtered views for Ruislip, Eastcote, Ickenham, and South Ruislip, plus a borough-wide overview.
• HMO Tracking: Analysis of Houses in Multiple Occupation applications throughout the borough.
• Searchable Decisions: A permanent archive of Cabinet Member and Officer Decisions with full-text search capabilities.
• Officer Heatmap: Visualisation of planning officer activity across the borough.

How it Works

The site operates automated scripts that check for new data throughout the day. By archiving reports daily, we create a permanent record of changes in our area. The project adds no commentary or editorial judgement; it simply reproduces official documents in a format that is easier for residents to navigate and for search engines to index.
