About this Project

This site provides automated tracking of planning applications across the London Borough of Hillingdon. By archiving data daily, we create a permanent record of changes in our area.

Key Features

• Planning Dashboards: Filtered views for specific towns (Ruislip, Eastcote, Ickenham, and South Ruislip) as well as a borough-wide overview.
  • HMO Tracking: Dedicated analysis of Houses in Multiple Occupation applications throughout the borough, and per ward.
  • Officer heatmap: Visualisation of planning officer activity.
• Decisions: Listing all new Cabinet Member and Officer Decisions as they are published, keeping together the report and decision documents in a searchable, linkable, and indexable format.
• Meetings: Tracking upcoming and past meetings, matching them with YouTube livestreams and recordings, posting updates for Agendas, Minutes and newly scheduled meetings
• News: Monitoring both the Hillingdon Council press page and local news sources (eg MyLondon and London Standard) for current news reports and releases
