Amendments seek to to alter the scale and roof position of the front dormers; the roof form on the single storey rear elements from flat roofed to pitched; a reduction in number and re-siting of chimneys; and alteration to main roof form to lower the eaves and alter the width (s73 application for minor material amendments).
