Proposal:
Non-material amendment to planning permission ref. 14787/APP2021/2528, dated 18-02-22 (Two storey side/rear extension, conversion of roof space to habitable use, together with external alterations, including removal of front chimney stack, new rear chimney stack and fenestration changes, following demolition of single storey rear projection) to enlarge two ground floor windows and remove chimney stack on the North-west (front) Elevation. Erect dormer to the loft conversion and a window to the ground floor on the South-east (rear) Elevation. Re-position a proposed window and install a new window on the North-east (side) Elevation .
