Details pursuant to the discharge of Condition 4 (Details of Crittall windows) of planning permission ref. 14805/APP/2023/2336, dated 06-10-2023 (The replacement of a failed flat roof covering (behind parapet walls); replacement of defective pv panels on a like-for-like basis. Joinery, brickwork and concrete repairs; the replacement of single glazed Crittall windows with double glazed Crittall windows. Installation of air source heat pumps to service yard, with associated screening, and removal of a suspended ceiling within the function suite, all within the Middlesex Suite.
