Proposed landscaping works to Civic Centre forecourt including removal of 2no. trees and planting of 3no. replacement trees, the relocation of bollards on the Eastern side of the forecourt to the pavements edge and relocation of 3no. disabled parking bays, and installation of hard surfacing materials to match existing. Redesign of the access podium located on the Eastern side of the Civic Centre to accommodate an accessibility ramp with associated railings. Application for Listed Building Consent)
