Proposal:
Removal of a lightweight concrete block wall in the kitchen area and also a portion of brick wall. Addition of a new wall in the kitchen area. An existing door to be bricked up in the kitchen area; an additional step would be added to the rear door in the kitchen area; and the sill will be slightly lower to facilitate better access to the rear garden area (Application for Listed Building Consent).
