Erection of a two storey side extension, following demolition of existing garage and side extension. Conversion of roof space to habitable use to include a rear dormer, 4no. front facing rooflights and 1no. rear facing rooflight, and conversion of roof form from hipped to gable end. Erection of part-subterranean outbuilding and associated landscaping works, fenestration alterations, removal of chimney, installation of external insulation and erection of timber canopies over front and rear entrances.
