Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) of planning permission ref. 20195/APP/2025/1851, dated 19-09-25 (Erection of a double storey side extension and single storey side extension to create open plan living, the removal of existing conservatory roof and replacement of solid flat roof, the construction of a single storey rear extension to create downstairs WC and internal alterations) to squaring off the existing angled section of the snug to form a regular rectangular footprint and revising the L-shaped bifolds to a straight set of bifold doors.
