Proposal:
Non-Material Amendment to planning permission ref. 2297/APP/2021/2704, dated 17-09-2021 (Extensions, remodelling and refurbishment of the existing Nursery, Infant and Junior Schools) to: 1. Replace the ground floor uninsulated low level brickwork walls to the classrooms. 2. Apply insulated render to replace the sections of existing PVC cladded areas on the first floor. 3. Alter the setting out and window fenestration design including the removal of some external doors. 4. Add an additional handrail to the roof and rooflights. 5. Add rooflights to the existing and new extension roof. 6. Install canopies to the northern elevation of the Junior School. 7. Install brise soleil to the ground and first floor.
