Erection of a single storey extension to the rear, front porch, conversion of roof space to habitable use to include a rear dormer, 2x front dormers, 2 front rooflights, 4x side rooflights and conversion of 2x hip to gable ends, with new 2x gable end windows, following the demolition of existing conservatory, rear dormer, porch and chimney stack.
