Proposal:
Erection of an extension to the front and side of the dwelling with amendments to fenestrations including a new front gable feature with new windows and door. Conversion of roof space to habitable use including the raising of the ridgeline, conversion of roof from hip to gable end, two front facing roof lights and a rear dormer. Amendments to the front landscaping including new soft landscaping and parking arrangements and demolition of garage structure to the rear.
