(2 x 3-bedroom, 2 x 2-bedroom and 1 x 1-bedroom) residential units (alternative scheme to planning permission ref. 42197/APP/2022/1124).' Amendments seeking to lower the finished floor levels, extend the first floor level, amend internal unit layouts, increase the maximum building height, include additional glazing and rooflights, and alter the landscaping.
