(2 x 3-bedroom, 2 x 2-bedroom and 1 x 1-bedroom) residential units (alternative scheme to planning permission ref. 42197/APP/2022/1124).' Amendments seeking to lower the finished floor levels, extend the first-floor level, amend internal unit layouts, increase the maximum building height, include additional glazing and rooflights, and alter the landscaping.
