Details pursuant to the discharge of conditions 10 (part A) (demolition management), 20 (dust and emissions) and 22 (part i) (asbestos) of planning permission reference 43495/APP/2020/888, dated 26-01-2022, for 'Demolition of existing building and the erection of a part four and part five storey block providing 34 residential units (Use Class C3); associated access and other works including landscaping and amenity space, car and cycle parking and refuse storage', amended by 43495/APP/2023/1669 dated 05-07-23 for 'Section 96A for Non-Material Amendment to planning application reference 43495/APP/2020/888 dated 26-01-2022 Demolition of existing building and the erection of a part four and part five storey block providing 34 residential units (Use Class C3); associated access and other works including landscaping and amenity space, car and cycle parking and refuse storage. The proposal seeks to amend the wording of conditions 10, 14, 18, 20, 22 and 24 to allow for demolition works to be undertaken on site prior to the full discharge of the conditions.'
