Proposal:
Refurbishment and internal/external alterations to the warehouse building, involving replacement of windows, doors, gutters, dock leveller, ramp and roller shutters together with changes to the car park layout. External concrete resurfacing of the service yard and installation of a new substation, sliding barrier gate, trapezoidal cladding to exterior elevation, solar panels, hatch roof access and 10 x EV charging units.
