Internal alteration to enable the building to be used as a 4-bedroom dwelling including the side extension granted approval under planning permission ref. 585/APP/2022/1298 dated 15-07-2022 . Works to include alterations to the east side to the north end of the building to create double opening doors to the garden with side windows.
