Non-Material Amendment (S96a) to amend Condition 2 (Approved Plans) of planning consent ref. 71486/APP/2020/1369, granted 22-03/-2021 (Construction of a new single storey 80 Place SEND School together with associated landscaping, play areas, boundary treatments and car parking) The amendments include the following: - Changes to clerestory windows on north west and north east elevations; - Removal of window to north east elevation; - Changes to window panel sizes to the north west elevation; - Addition of mullions to windows to north west elevation; - Addition of louvre panels to plant room doors to north west elevation; - Change in height to the tall windows on southern elevation; - Roof access ladders shown to elevations; and - Change to main entrance door to include introduction of roller security shutter.
