Deed of Variation to the Section 106 legal agreement associated with planning permission ref. 73298/APP/2020/1194 dated 02-10-20 (Demolition of existing buildings (Use Class B1a) and redevelopment of the site to provide a new building up to 4 storeys comprising 24 residential units (Use Class C3) and associated landscaping, amenity space, car parking, cycle parking, access and refuse) to pay a commuted sum for the 2 affordable housing units and change their status to private housing.
