Variation of Condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission ref. 7439/APP/2023/2963, dated 07-12-23 (Erection of part single, part double storey rear extensions and a double storey side extension, including the demolition of existing garage and amendment to fenestration) to amend the roof profile, and rear elevations to increase the width at first floor level and addition of a Juliette balcony. Changes to fenestrations including adjustments to window and door sizes on the rear elevation; and the addition of x2 windows and x1 door to side elevation (retrospective application).
