The application proposes the following changes: - Signage and proposed name of the centre - Reduction of parapet height around sports hall roof - Minor adjustments to fenestration and brick feature detail - Minor adjustments to fenestration - Free-standing bicycle store canopy in lieu of built brick enclosure - Minor adjustments to the car park access gates and soft landscaping, including a full ecological enhancement scheme - Minor adjustment to the internal layout of the ancillary function previously referred to as Youth Zone - Amendments to the boundary treatment.
