Proposal:
Request for approval of non-material changes under Schedule 17 paragraph 21(1) of the High Speed Rail (London West Midlands) Act 2017, relating to the existing approved lorry route (LBH approval reference 75369/APP/2020/4264) ,to provide 1. Additional access off Breakspear Road South into the eastern end of the Copthall North worksite 2. Re-location of the existing access (Gate 2) at the western end of the Copthall North Worksite to a point approximately 100m north.
