Reinstatement of 47/47a Kingsend to its lawful use as a single dwelling house and the erection of a part single storey, part two storey rear extension following demolition of existing conservatory, conversion of roof space into habitable use including installation of a rear dormer, roof lights and formation of a crown roof, and alterations to fenestration and the conversion of garage to habitable.
