Details pursuant to the discharge of Conditions 8 (active and passive electric charging points) and 13 (free standing lamp post) of planning permission ref. 8697/APP/2022/2216, dated 27-02-2023 (Variation of Conditions 2 (Approved plans), 4 (Landscaping) and 8 (Sustainable Water Management Scheme) of planning permission ref. 8697/APP/2021/1342 dated 5th July 2021 (Variation of condition 2 (Approved Plans) of planning permission Ref: 8697/APP/2020/3622 dated 18/02/21 to increase the size of the dwellings (Demolition of existing bungalow and erection of 4 x 4 bed dwelling houses with associated parking spaces and external works) to include a gate to frontage, free standing lighting, fenestration changes, amendments to landscaping, boundary treatments and sustainable urban drainage system).
