To carry out tree surgery including to prune back to boundary and reduce the remaining canopy by 3m to One Yew within Group 2 on TPO 71. To remove 3 lower branches growing into the Yew, T2 on application protected by virtue of its location within Cowley Church (St Laurence) Conservation area
