To fell & replace one Oak, two Hornbeams (T6,T10,T11 on map). To fell one Cedar (T31 on map) To crown lift 1-2m clearance beyond new building line three Oaks (T24,T56,T62 on map). To crown reduce by 2-3m three Oaks (T60,T80,T82 on map). All in TPO 398 within Area 1.
