Reference No. 316 Date of decision Wednesday 8 December 2021 Call-in expiry date 5pm, on Wednesday 15 December 2021 Relevant Select Committee(s) Public Safety and Transport Select Committee Relevant Ward(s) Manor Decision made Cabinet Members making the decision Councillor John Riley – Cabinet Member for Public Safety and Transport APPROVED That the Cabinet Member for Public Safety and Transport: 1. noted the request for a residents’ Blue Badge Disabled Parking Bay in Bempton Drive, Ruislip; 2. considered the objection to the Blue Badge bay in Bempton Drive; and 3. approved the provision of a disabled parking bay in Bempton Drive. Reason for decision To respond to the view submitted by a resident from the Council's consultation on the proposed Blue Badge Bay in Bempton Drive, Ruislip. The resident met all the requirements for being provided with a disabled bay. Alternative options considered and rejected None at this stage.
