Executive Decision Notice – 12 January 2022 Page 1 This notice is a public document also available to view on the Council's website www.hillingdon.gov.uk OFFICIAL EXECUTIVE DECISION NOTICE PUBLISHED BY DEMOCRATIC SERVICES Notice is hereby given that the following decision(s) have been made today by Cabinet Members at the London Borough of Hillingdon: Title of decision CLEAVE AVENUE, HAYES - OBJECTION TO PROPOSED DISABLED PERSON PARKING BAY Reference No. 348 Date of decision Wednesday 12 January 2022 Call-in expiry date 5pm, on Wednesday 19 January 2022 Relevant Select Committee(s) Public Safety & Transport Select Committee Relevant Ward(s) Pinkwell Decision made Cabinet Members making the decision Councillor John Riley – Cabinet Member for Public Safety & Transport APPROVED That the Cabinet Member for Public Safety and Transport: 1. notes the application for a disabled parking bay to the rear of No 58A Cleave Avenue, Hayes; 2. considers the objections to the proposed disabled persons parking bay on Cleave Avenue, Hayes; and 3. approves the installation of the proposed disabled persons parking bay on Cleave Avenue, as shown in Appendix B. Reason for decision The formal disabled parking bay was intended to benefit disabled people by designating a parking space for the use of Blue Badge holders. Alternative options considered and rejected None at this stage.
