1) That the Leader of the Council approved the allocation of £300 from
the Ward Budget Scheme for the following proposal:

the Starlight Theatre Company. £300
2) That the Cabinet Member for Corporate Services approve d the
allocation of £9,102 from the Ward Budget Scheme for the following
proposals:

To plant two new trees on the available grass
verges in Devon Way. £640
Pinkwell To rectify the electrical system to comply with
safety regulations at Sandgate Football Club. £3,630

To purchase equipment including saws, safety
glasses, loppers, and gloves for the Ruislip
Woods Saturday volunteer group.

South Ruislip Regeneration of pond at Ruislip Gardens Primary

To purchase a new replacement alarm system
with new alarm monitoring arrangement at the
Yeading Community Centre.

Reason for
decision
The Ward Budget Scheme enables Councillors, with their local knowledge and
insight, to submit proposals for expenditure, supporting local priorities using their
specific ward allocation. Each of the proposals submitted complies with the
protocol on the use of Ward Budgets.
