Notice is hereby given that the following decision(s) have been made today by

That the Leader of the Council, in conjunction with the
Cabinet Member for Health & Social Care:
1. G ave retrospective approval to accept a single tender
from the Central and North West London NHS
Foundation Trust to deliver additional discharge
support from their community team to the London
Borough of Hillingdon at a cost of up to £257,379 for
the period from 11 th November 2024 until 31 st March
2025
2. G ave retrospective approval to accept a single tender
from the Central and North West London NHS
Foundation Trust to deliver the Rapid Engagement
Support Team (REST) Service to the London Borough
of Hillingdon at a cost of up to £112,408 for the period
2nd December 2024 until 31st March 2025
Reason for decision The Leader and Cabinet Member made the necessary
contractual decisions to NHS providers to deliver services to
minimise the time that residents spend in hospital. This decision
will deliver additional support to residents during the winter
period. The services to be delivered are short-term and intended
to support the period of hig h seasonal demand to the end of
March 2025.

Due to the lateness in the season and the short -term nature of
the service provision to which these recommendations apply,
officers have not considered alternative options.
