Notice is hereby given that the following decision(s) have been made today by

Decision Approved
That the Cabinet Member for Finance & Transformation and
Cabinet Member for Corporate Services & Property:
1. Accepted the tender from Acclaim Contracts Limited
for the reroofing of Brook House Football Club at the
value of £137,707 a one-off contract.
2. Agreed to the following capital release requests of
£170,000 from the Chrysalis Funding 2024/2025
programme budget for the Brook House Football
Club Re Roofing project (Appendix A).
3. Accepted the re-allocation of £70,000 grant from HS2
Amenity Fund Town Centre scheme to Chrysalis
Programme for the reroofing of Brook House
Football Club.
4. Delegated authority to the Corporate Director of
Place, in consultation with the Corporate Services &
Property, to make any further necessary decisions
with regard to the project’s implementation.
Reason for decision The Council is striving to be the greenest London Borough, to
protect and enhance the environment, and to provide a brighter
prospect for future generations. Chrysalis, the Council’s asset

enhancement initiative, funds projects for local initiatives that
matter to residents.
Residents are encouraged to make suggestions for Chrysalis
funding as the most effective way for local people to identify
environmental and community safety projects and
demonstrating how all residents can play an active part in
decisions, making them proud to live in Hillingdon.
The roofs to Brook House Football Club have reached their end-
of-life expectancy and there are increasing number of locations
where water is penetrating and tracking through internally and
damaging ceilings when there is adverse weather (heavy
rainfall).

publication as it involved the disclosure of information in
accordance with Section 100(A) and paragraph 3 of Part 1 of

financial or business affairs of any particular person (including
the authority holding that information) and that the public interest
in withholding the information outweighed the public interest in
disclosing it.
