That the Leader of the Council and Cabinet Member
agreed the award of Contract to Whittington Health NHS
Trust for the provision of Children’s Oral Health
Intervention Services for two years from the 1 st
September 2025 at a value of £206,000 for the period.
Reason for decision This decision was made to improve children’s dental health
outcomes in Hillingdon and a direct award of the contract
was considered necessary to deliver evidence‑ based oral
health programmes in line with statutory public health duties
and available national funding.
