← More from My London

Several road closures are set to disrupt drivers in Hillingdon in June due to a festival and utility works set to be carried out across the borough.

This will see five roads closed, however not all will require diversion routes. The longest closure is set to last for 38 days.

Austin Road in Hayes will be closed from 8am on Monday, June 8 from the junction of Pump Lane. This is to allow water main repair works to be carried out by Affinity Water.

There will be no diversion route in place. The road is expected to reopen at 5pm on Thursday, June 11.

Two roads will be closed in Ickenham on Saturday, June 13, due to the Ickenham Festival.

Milton Court will be closed between its junctions with Almond Avenue, Long Lane, and Milton Road.

Almond Avenue will also be closed between its junctions with Long Lane and Ivy House Road. Both roads will be closed between 10am and 6.30pm.

Heathfield Rise in Ruislip is set to close for four days between 8am on Monday, June 15, and 5pm on Friday, June 18. This is from the junction of Glenhurst Avenue to outside 34 Heathfield Rise.

This is to allow for water main repair works to be carried out by Affinity, and there will be no diversion route in place.

Breakspear Road South (Service Road 2 – 42) in Ickenham is scheduled to be closed. The road will be shut from 8am on Tuesday, June 16, until 5pm on Friday, July 24.

This is to prevent any danger to the public whilst water mains replacement works are carried out by Affinity Water.

There will be no diversion route in place.
