Planning Enforcement Notice for 29 Torrington Road for unauthorised HMO is Under Appeal

Following our announcement that Hillingdon Council issued a Planning Enforcement Notice for 29 Torrington Road relating to:

Planning Enforcement Notice issued for 29 Torrington Rd for unauthorised HMO use and rear extension

The owner has now lodged an appeal against this Enforcement Notice.

You can view the appeal documents on the London Borough of Hillingdon planning portal by searching under reference 10424 or via the Council’s appeal search page.
