Have you tried the new Hillingdon My Account?

Hillingdon Council has launched a new My Account. Existing users need to create a new account, and HillingdonFirst cardholders are being asked to re-link their membership numbers.

Some residents have found the process straightforward, while others have experienced difficulties setting up their account or accessing the service they needed. Eastcote Residents’ Association would like to hear how you got on.

Please email Andrew at chair@eastcotera.co.uk  by the end of Wednesday 16 September. It would be helpful if you could briefly tell us:

• what you were trying to do;
• whether you used the website or an app;
• what worked or where you became stuck; and
• the wording of any error messages, with screenshots if available.

Please do not send passwords, full HillingdonFirst card numbers, or other sensitive personal information.

Andrew will collate the feedback and pass it on to our councillors.
