Executive Decision Notice – 15 March 2022 Page 1 This notice is a public document also available to view on the Council's website www.hillingdon.gov.uk OFFICIAL EXECUTIVE DECISION NOTICE PUBLISHED BY DEMOCRATIC SERVICES Notice is hereby given that the following decision(s) have been made today by Cabinet Members at the London Borough of Hillingdon: Title of decision EXTENSION OF LEASEHOLD INTERESTS – MARCH 2022 Reference No. 416 Date of decision Tuesday 15 March 2022 Call-in expiry date 5pm, Tuesday 22 March 2022 Relevant Select Committee(s) Corporate, Finance & Property Select Committee Relevant Ward(s) Hillingdon East, Northwood, Northwood Hills and Pinkwell Decision made Cabinet Members making the decision Councillor Eddie Lavery - Cabinet Member for Environment, Housing and Regeneration Councillor Jonathan Bianco - Cabinet Member for Property and Infrastructure Approved That the Cabinet Member for Property and Infrastructure and the Cabinet Member for Environment, Housing and Regeneration authorised the grant of an extension for the relevant period of 90 years to the existing leasehold interests as outlined in th e report in accordance with the provisions of the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993. Reason for decision The Council is bound to comply with the provisions and timescales of the Housing and Urban Development Act 1993.
