That the Cabinet Member for Property, Highways and
Transport:
1. Noted the application for a dropped kerb outside No
94 St Peters Road, Cowley;
2. Considered the objection to the proposed relocation
of disabled persons’ parking bay on St Peters Road,
Cowley; and
3. Approved the relocation of the existing disabled
persons’ parking bay outside No 94 St Peters Road,
Cowley, as shown in Appendix B to this report.
Reason for decision The formal disabled parking bay is intended to benefit disabled
people by designating a parking space for the use of Blue Badge
holders.
