That the Cabinet Member for Finance & Transformation and
the Cabinet Member for Corporate Services & Property
agreed to the capital release requests of £536,500 from the
Disabled Facilities Grant Major Adaptations to Property
2025/26 budget as set out in Appendix A of the confidential
report.
Reason for decision This funding release will allow the team to manage service
delivery efficiently and meet the necessary deadlines.

That this report be declared as exempt from publication as it
involves the disclosure of information in accordance with
