Proposed improvements/alterations to front loggia including the replacement of existing roof tiles, window sills and the repair of timber side windows. Installation of a tiled floor and replacement of the brick dwarf walls below the metal windows with insulation to be installed to meet current Building Regulations (Application for Listed Building Consent).
