Non-material amendment to planning permission ref. 17190/APP/2025/1039, dated 27-07-2025 (Erection of a single storey rear infill extension, two storey side extension, and a front porch, following demolition of existing garage.) to render the rear wall (GF and FF), increase the rear door size (4.3m), increase the rear window height, and install a roof lantern.
