Proposal:
Variation of Condition 4 (Wheelchair accessible car parking deck to be provided within 12 months of completion of step free access lift) of Prior Approval ref. 3591/APP/2019/3968, dated 30-01-2020 (Development under Part 18, Class A of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development Order) (England) Order (2015) as amended to provide step free access to serve the station). Amendment seeks to alter timing so that wheelchair accessible car parking deck is provided within 24 months of bringing the step free access lift into service.
