Minor material amendment application (s73) to amend condition 2, 5, 6 and 9 of planning permission ref. 39148/APP/2024/2509 dated 11-03-2025 (Erection of a two storey 5-bed detached dwelling house with habitable roof space, involving demolition of existing dwelling house) The amendments to the permission include : Condition 2 - Roof raised by 125mm and other minor amendments; Condition 5 - Demolition and Construction Management Plan submitted to remove condition; Condition 6 - Additional information added to Ground Floor Plan to show soakaway connected to rainwater downpipes; Condition 9 - Information submitted to show type of electric vehicle charging points to remove condition.
