Proposal:
Non-material amendment to planning permission ref. 20795/APP/2021/283 allowed on Appeal ref. APP/R5510/D/21/3285856 dated 28/03/2022 (First floor rear extension, conversion of roof space into habitable use to include front and rear rooflights, alterations to the existing conservatory to form a flat roof single storey rear extension (including external alterations) and new side and rear windows/doors). The NMA seeks replacement rear doors and windows (larger), patio step around the ground floor rear extension and two first floor side windows instead of one.
