Proposal:
Proposed redevelopment of the site to 4 self-contained residential dwellings - 2 x 1 bed units and 2 x 2-bed units. The redevelopment of the building includes conversion of the roof serving the main building fronting the High Street to a larger crown roof with front dormers and 3 rooflights.
