Proposal:
Variation of Conditions 2 (Approved Drawings) and 3 (Materials) of planning permission ref. 76171/APP/2021/895 dated 29/04/2021 (Single storey side/rear extension). The variation seeks to brick up side (west) ground floor window; replacement and re-location of side (east) window with door; replace rear window with door; silicone-based k render to side and rear of extension and front of the dwelling (removal of brick) and to the rear of the dwelling ; new front garage door; demolition of chimneys and removal of roof level front wood panels with composite cladding.
