Single storey side and rear extension; and rear dormer at no.54 including change of use from 4x1 bed flats to Veterinary Practice including ancillary flat for staff use. Hard and soft landscaping; boundary treatment; alterations to the forecourt and parking including crossovers; fenestration changes and cycle and refuse provision). The variation seeks to include undercroft storage within the building, removal of two windows from rear elevation and installation of a flat roof light in place of roof lantern.
