Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans), 3 (Materials) of planning permission ref. 79068/APP/2024/2610, dated 10-02-25 (Erection of a single storey extension to the side, erection of a single storey extension to the rear, following the demolition of existing single storey side extension and garage. Installation of 4 front roof lights and amendments to fenestrations including removal of pebble dash and the installation of an Air Source Heat Pump.) to be amended in accordance with drawing numbers C01,C02,C03 & C04 with amendment of the rear element and Condition 3 to be amended so that the front extension elevation remains brick, with the side and rear elevations to be silicone render with stipple finish to match existing traditional render.
