Proposal:
Conversion of roof space to habitable use including raising the ridge, converting double hip roof to a gable with a gable end window and Juliette balcony, and a side dormer. Erection of a single storey side and rear extension, along with a new car port, amendments to fenestration, revised materials with external insulation, and installation of solar panels on the roof.
