Variation of Condition 2 (submitted plans) of planning permission ref. 629/APP/2020/1995, dated 10-09-2020 (Single storey rear extension, conversion of roof space to habitable use to include two rear dormers, four side dormers and one front dormer, crossover to front and single storey outbuilding for use as a gym/garage) to make fenestration changes including repositioning of ground floor windows and first floor dormers. Changes to style and size of dormers and porch and repositioning of kitchen door.
